At the head of two estate agencies in Castillon la Bataille and Branne since 2008, Sophie has had time to develop her network, establish her experience and develop her reputation. In 2019, she launched SC Immobilier Equestre to promote properties over one hectare in size. It is the only agency in New Aquitaine specialising in equestrian properties. Buyers need space and want to live in the countryside.
For some time now, sellers of equestrian properties have been seeking out her expertise.
“There is no such thing as chance, only encounters”: a statement by Paul Éluard that she has made her own.
“I quickly realised that you don’t approach the sale of an equestrian property in the same way as a traditional house. These are unique, specific properties where the welfare of the horses and the owners are equally important. This is what drives me both in the promotion of properties for sale and in the search for distinctive properties for even the most demanding buyers.”
And so, SC Immobilier Equestre was born!
A rider since her childhood, Sarah naturally pursued training in the equestrian and agricultural field. At the same time, she competed in several disciplines – show jumping, eventing, horse-ball – and competed at shows in Aquitaine and throughout France.
After a foray into the wine industry, she returned to her first passion when she joined Sophie in opening SC Immobilier Equestre.
What is her role? She specialises in the specific features of equestrian infrastructures and applies her understanding of future buyers’ expectations.
After a few years as a journalist, Emilie obtained a diploma in organisational communication and worked on the communication strategies for several national and international equestrian events in France. As an amateur rider, she enjoys working on projects as part of a team. What is her role? She brings targeted added value to the way in which we handle and communicate around the properties entrusted to us. She raises our profile and is responsible for developing our network of partners.
